To start, AgriFile Systems needed to complete their data management solution for custom audit processes with a customer relationship management (CRM) platform, a portal builder, and an eSignature solution.

The consultants signed up for Salesforce as it is the world’s leading CRM solution. However, as Salesforce does not have a custom eSigning or portal solution, AgriFile Systems needed to find a third-party app to extend their CRM’s functionality. AgriFile Systems chose Titan as the all-in-one platform to extend Salesforce, giving consultants the tools to build a self-service portal for:
