Challenge

Salesforce is the operational brain of Lexington Capital Holdings, supporting client management, underwriting, and lender submissions. But getting accurate data into Salesforce was a consistent challenge.

Intake-to-lender workflows were slow and manual. While clients could complete and sign applications digitally, staff still had to copy and paste that data into Salesforce to move deals forward.

This created growing data quality issues. Errors from misheard details, spelling mistakes, and incomplete entries became common. At the same time, partner referrals arrived as unstructured emails, leaving reps to chase information and work without clear context.

Solution

Titan replaced manual intake and referral processes with a connected, Salesforce-driven setup using Titan’s Enterprise Suite.

As part of this, pre-filled applications are sent to clients, who complete the remaining fields and sign. Submissions write directly back to Salesforce, keeping it as the system of record without manual data entry.

Document collection is built into the process, prompting clients to upload required files as part of their application. These uploads are automatically linked to the correct records in Salesforce, keeping all supporting data in one place.

Lexington Capital Holdings also launched a partner portal, allowing partners to submit referrals, upload documents, track deal progress, and view performance metrics.

When a referral is submitted, Salesforce automatically assigns the correct sales rep and notifies both sides. This replaces unstructured email referrals and speeds up intake.

80% Faster Client Submissions: Transferring client details previously took up to 10 minutes. With the referral partner portal connected to Salesforce, submissions now take 2 minutes.

60 Fewer Clicks per Deal: Submitting a new client originally required 160 clicks in Salesforce. With Titan auto-populating key fields, this has been reduced to 100 clicks per submission.
