Activ8’s salespeople are always on the road – visiting customers and quoting for quality solar solutions. To streamline this process, Activ8 was looking for a tool to generate customer quotes directly from Salesforce. Whether on a tablet, to be signed in person, or sent via email, these quotes needed to be generated easily and efficiently. Activ8 did have a document solution that was meant to meet this requirement but it was not functioning optimally enough to meet the needs of its busy sales team. When Activ8 looked to replace its previous solution, licensing and renewal constraints meant their new document generation tool would have to be successfully implemented in one month.

After researching available apps and gathering RFPs, Activ8 chose Titan’s Document Generation for Salesforce. To kick off the project, Activ8 met with Titan Solution Architect Matija GuliΔ‡. Activ8 particularly enjoyed meeting with Matija because he not only provided Titan implementation support but also filled the role of a Salesforce consultant, asking the right questions and taking the steps needed to help Activ8 go to market fast. Within 4 weeks, Activ8 was able to go live with their new quotation solution. While it is early days, they are pleased with the results so far. Check it out below!

  • Previously, 50% of the items that landed on Eric’s desk were related to quote generation. Issues have decreased dramatically since implementing Titan.

What does the future hold for Titan and Activ8?

Given the early stages of the quote generation solution, Eric is enjoying visiting Titan’s X-Lab (the equivalent of Salesforce’s Idea Exchange) to request enhancements and personalized features. Activ8 has also signed up for Titan Web and has just begun to build a Salesforce-integrated portal using no code.
