Sika’s form infrastructure relied on a mix of Salesforce-native forms and custom-built solutions. While these approaches solved immediate needs, they became increasingly hard to maintain over time.

Every update required developer involvement, manual changes, and careful coordination across teams. This slowed iteration and made it difficult to respond quickly when business requirements changed, especially at a regional level.

At the same time, different parts of the organization were using different form tools. This fragmented approach made it harder to standardize data collection, maintain consistency, and manage forms centrally. Although some forms lived inside Salesforce, there was no flexible, scalable way to manage them without custom code.
