Before Titan, Property Solutions relied on fragile, manual systems that could not scale with growing demand.

The estate management team worked across more than a dozen spreadsheets, and all client-facing reports were created manually in Word and PDF. Simple property detail searches became consistent delays, as information in the legacy database could take as long as a minute to be retrieved.

A crucial spreadsheet with the information for over 600 clients crashed, and when the legacy database failed, fixes were not quick due to limited support. Report creation involved retyping information and merging documents by hand, creating bottlenecks that slowed operations and limited growth.

Solution

Titan Document Studio enabled Property Solutions Group to embed report generation directly into Salesforce. Staff now generate more than 17 complex report types including property particulars, valuations, sales and marketing reports, and milestone updates from a single system.

Reports are generated directly from live Salesforce data, ensuring executor details, solicitor information, dates, and property records are captured automatically. Each report is formatted with branded layouts and generated in a single click.

Titan also provided rapid support, often responding within 30 minutes. This ensured a smooth transition, eliminated version control issues, and removed manual document edits.
