Leadership Initiatives managed applications, enrollments, and payments across spreadsheets, disconnected form tools, and manual exports, creating growing operational complexity as program volume increased.

Form submissions were spread across multiple systems, making it difficult to track whether students had completed required fields, agreements, or payments. Key information was fragmented across submissions, increasing the chance of missing or misinterpreting data.

When students shared the same name, there was also a high risk of accidentally linking one student’s form to another’s profile.

At the same time, parents had no clear way to track application status or complete approvals, leading to frequent inbound questions and added administrative overhead.

As a result, program preparation was delayed, with teams waiting on complete and accurate student data before moving forward.

Solution

With Titan Experience Studio, Leadership Initiatives replaced spreadsheets and disconnected form systems with a connected, student-facing portal that syncs with Salesforce in real time.

Students log in, verify their identity, and complete everything required for their program in one place. Forms, agreements, and payments live together, with real-time updates showing what’s complete and what’s still outstanding. Agreements are automatically routed to parents for co-signature, while materials, FAQs, and payment progress are accessible in the same view.

Applications and enrollment forms are captured through Titan and written directly to Salesforce, with agreements generated and signed as part of the same process. Every submission is automatically linked to the correct student record, giving staff a consistent and reliable view of each student’s progress and requirements.
