Well, previously Gett was manually handling driver contracts. This meant drivers had to arrive at the Gett offices in person and go through the tedious task of physically signing paper-based materials. All in all, this was a massive waste of time and energy for those involved, but there was no easy solution for digital transformation.

A major barrier to change was that many taxi drivers didn’t use email. Gett needed contracts to be sent via text message to achieve a seamless online signing process, one automatically integrated and synced with the power of Salesforce. But were there any takers?
