During Agentforce World Tour London, on 18 June 2026, Titan hosted a nonprofit Hackathon at the Aloft by Marriott Hotel, directly across from Excel London. Participants were invited to bring practical challenges and use Titan’s new AI Studio to turn them into working forms and portals

In a short window, the hackathon showed how Titan AI Builder helps nonprofit teams move from an idea to a working foundation. It gave participants a way to test what building with Titan AI Studio could look like when applied to the kinds of processes nonprofit teams manage every day.

The event quickly proved how different nonprofit ideas can come to life as structured, Salesforce experiences that could be refined, governed, and used by teams within a single one-hour session (Source: Titan).

Why Titan’s Hackathon was Special

Titan’s Hackathon created a relaxed community space for nonprofit professionals to explore AI use cases inside Salesforce. Participants did not need prior experience with Titan to attend. They simply arrived with nonprofit challenges, workflow ideas, and operational questions, then worked alongside Titan experts to spin up those ideas into forms and portals connected to Salesforce.

The value of the session came from its urgency to test AI solutions. Participants discussed the future of AI in Salesforce with peers while building something specific to their organization’s needs. For some, that meant improving intake journeys. For others, it meant rethinking volunteer workflows, simplifying data collection, or creating a portal with structured user access.

What Titan AI Studio Added to Salesforce Experiences

Titan AI Studio helped participants move from direct prompts to a first working version of a Salesforce project. Participants described what they wanted to build, and Titan generated an 85% complete structure for a form or portal that could then be refined using Titan’s visual web builder. This workflow made the role of AI within Salesforce feel practical rather than an abstract concept.

As a result, Titan AI Studio showed the Salesforce admins and nonprofit professionals how they could get faster starting points while remaining in control of the final project’s structure, logic, design, and user experience.

The 9 Nonprofit Projects Built for Salesforce

The nine projects below highlight how the participants used Titan AI Studio to pivot Salesforce challenges into working forms and portals. Each project started with a specific operational nonprofit need, then developed into a Salesforce experience that could support intake, user access, data collection, or workflow management.

We will look at the challenge each participant brought to the Hackathon, how they approached the build with Titan AI Studio and Salesforce, and what it reveals about the possibilities of building with AI for nonprofit teams.

Project 1: Dynamic Donor Form

Rosi Callery, Head of Planning & Operations at The National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain, wanted to solve how to offer different donors a giving experience while reducing the number of forms a nonprofit has to manage.

What was built

Rosi Callery built a dynamic form that responds to donors. First, the form checks donors against Salesforce as they enter their information in real-time. Based on whether they are repeat or new donors, the form will offer high-level or mid-level options. If they are first-time donors, the form will offer smaller donation options.

The text on the form also changes to reflect the nonprofit’s vision messaging and checks if donors have a previous Gift Aid declaration in Salesforce, so it can determine whether it needs to ask users again or offer other options.

How it works

Titan AI Studio donor form showing conditional Gift Aid and donation tier fields synced to Salesforce

Why it stood out

The project showed how a single donation form connected to Salesforce adapts in real time. By checking donor information against Salesforce, the form recognized who the donor was, could present options that matched their history, update the messaging they saw, and only ask for a Gift Aid declaration when needed.

What it shows about Titan AI Studio

This dynamic form shows how Titan AI Studio helps teams mold Salesforce data into a personalized front-end experience for each donor segment.

For Salesforce admins and nonprofit teams, the takeaway is that building with Titan AI Studio supports faster form creation and helps translate strategy, Salesforce records, and conditional logic into an experience that responds to each donor in real time.

Project 2: Family Reunification Portal

Dangsenpenan Nokshuwan, a Salesforce MVP and West Africa Dreamin’ Organizer, built a project to address one of the biggest challenges in crisis response. It aimed to help displaced families find each other when information is scattered across locations, charities, or support networks.

What was built

Dangsenpenan Nokshuwan built a portal connected to Salesforce so that families could find each other in war times or when people are uprooted from their homes. The portal created an opportunity for displaced children and parents to log in and submit a request. Cross charities can then partner to view the request and help people who are in different locations reconnect with families.

How it works

Salesforce-connected portal for displaced families to submit reunification requests

Why it stood out

This portal is connected to Salesforce and gives families a structured place to raise a request, while allowing partner charities to review the information, compare cases across different locations, and support reunification efforts more efficiently.

The project showed how a shared digital experience helps charities coordinate around a deeply human problem, without relying on disconnected messages, spreadsheets, and manual follow-ups.

What it shows about Titan AI Studio

This project shows how Titan AI Studio supports form and portal creation to help nonprofit teams transform coordination challenges into structured digital experiences in Salesforce.

For this project, the value was found in collecting information and creating a space for different charities to work from the same requests, compare details across locations, and support a reunification process that depends on accuracy and timely collaboration.

“Titan AI Studio has been beautiful. The first input I gave brought back some really quality questions for me to use and place in my project.”

Dangsenpenan Nokshuwan |  Community Leader and West Africa Dreamin’ Organizer

Project 3: Surveys for Salesforce

Vaishakh V Nambiar, an AI engineer, and Jose Carlos De Oliveira, a Salesforce platform manager, wanted to solve the data collection challenge of capturing engagement details from multiple survey journeys without managing scattered responses across separate Salesforce records.

What was built

Teaming up, Vaishakh V Nambiar and Jose Carlos De Oliveira built three different forms to catch engagement motivation and additional personal details from users, before sending them to a Survey Response object in Salesforce.

The Salesforce professionals explained that there are three different surveys that they built, with all responses captured in a single object, so they can view specific information from these three surveys.

How it works

Three Titan survey forms feeding into a single Salesforce Survey Response object

Why it stood out

This project brought three different forms and surveys into a structured Salesforce process. Each form captured a specific set of information. Whether it was engagement motivation or additional personal details, all responses were sent into a single Survey Response object.

This build approach gave Vaishakh V Nambiar and Jose Carlos De Oliveira one place to review and compare information from different Salesforce surveys, instead of managing disconnected responses across multiple objects or tools.

What it shows about Titan AI Studio

Titan AI Studio builds multiple front-end experiences while keeping Salesforce data organized. Vaishakh V Nambiar and Jose Carlos De Oliveira created three different forms for separate survey journeys, each capturing specific engagement details and personal information.

For nonprofits, this validates that small teams can gather varied responses across programs, campaigns, or engagement moments while keeping the information easier to review, compare, and act on inside Salesforce.

“Titan AI Studio is really useful because we didn’t touch the form or read anything. We just gave our prompt, and it built a full form, branded, with field mappings and everything.”

Jose Carlos De Oliveira |  Salesforce Platform Manager

Project 4: Satisfaction Feedback Survey

Frazer Lewis, a Salesforce and AI automation expert, built a survey to collect satisfaction feedback from users in a polished way while ensuring it remains useful to internal admins.

What was built

The customer satisfaction survey also included a home page. Frazer Lewis custom-styled the project with all elements arranged as needed, before connecting it to Salesforce. Within the project, when a record is submitted from the survey, it lands in Salesforce.

How it works

Why it stood out

Frazer Lewis’ project showed that a branded survey experience could be built with a custom home page, styled to match an organization’s needs, and connected directly to Salesforce.

The project explored how to create a survey journey connected to Salesforce where every response lands on the right object, giving nonprofits a clear way to capture sentiment and act on customer feedback.

What it shows about Titan AI Studio

With Titan AI Studio, Salesforce admins move beyond survey creation and build feedback experiences that feel intentionally polished. For example, Frazer Lewis’ customer satisfaction survey included a styled home page, precise content layout, and a direct Salesforce connection, teaching us how collecting feedback can be a complete digital journey.

“You have to learn how to use Titan AI Studio! Putting in short instructions yields better results. It’s intuitive and has got my project moving more quickly than I could do manually. Thumbs up!”

Project 5: Donations Portal

Francis Pindar, a Salesforce MVP Hall of Famer, decided to build a portal because his charity’s donation experience was not supporting the way they needed to manage giving. Their existing portal made it difficult to rely on for donation management, and the charity needed a cleaner way to capture one-off and recurring donations, process payments through Stripe, collect Gift Aid information, and push donor data into Salesforce.

What was built

Francis Pindar built a donation portal connected to Salesforce, designed to capture one-off and recurring donations through a structured giving experience.

During the session, Titan AI Studio asked Francis Pindar pragmatic setup questions, including where the donation data should go in Salesforce and what styling should be used. Francis Pindar responded with his charity’s website as the styling reference, then made small point-and-click text edits once the portal had been generated.

How it works

The portal allows donors to choose a donation amount, select billing frequency, confirm whether they want to add Gift Aid, submit required details, and complete payment through Stripe.

Why it stood out

This project showed how a charity could replace a limited donation process with a complete giving journey connected to Salesforce. It captured donations easily and created a strong foundation for future donor engagement, including the possibility of letting supporters log in and view their donation history through a portal.

What it shows about Titan AI Studio

The portal demonstrates how Titan AI Studio redirects a broad request into a working Salesforce experience with operational value. Francis Pindar started by prompting for a portal to capture donations, and Titan AI Studio guided the build by asking about one-off and recurring payments, Salesforce data routing, styling, and the structure of the donor journey.

For charities, this shows how building with Titan AI Studio speeds up the creation of donation experiences that are simplified for supporters and easier for teams to manage inside Salesforce.

“Looking at the portal built with Titan AI Studio, it’s literally great! It took me about ten minutes to build.”

Francis Pindar |  Principal Salesforce Architect

Project 6: Volunteer Portal

Simon des Forges, a Salesforce manager, built a volunteer portal to give his charity a way to manage volunteer engagement from Salesforce. This is an ideal solution for charities that need to understand who their volunteers are, what activity they have completed, and where follow-up may be needed.

What was built

Simon des Forges built a portal connected to Salesforce for volunteer leads, allowing his charity to log in, see contacts, and the activities that the users have completed.

How it works

Why it stood out

The portal created a central Salesforce space where the charity could log in, view volunteer contacts, and see the activities linked to each person, giving the nonprofit a way to understand engagement and support the people who are contributing their time.

What it shows about Titan AI Studio

Titan AI Studio supports portals that are built around operational visibility, converting Salesforce data into feasible solutions for nonprofits. Teams can create a Salesforce experience that surfaces the details people need to manage relationships, understand engagement, and follow up more effectively.

Project 7: Volunteer Portal

Sharon Chidzere, a nonprofit CRM consultant, built a volunteer portal. The goal of the project was to solve a recruitment problem for a charity that needed to capture and manage volunteer interest.

What was built

Sharon Chidzere built a portal connected to Salesforce for a charity struggling to recruit volunteers. It allowed volunteers to register, submit their availability, and upload supporting documents to the charity. On the other side of the portal, management from the charity can check and review volunteer documents.

Why it stood out

Instead of working with scattered emails and manual follow-ups, the portal gives volunteers a place to register, share availability, and upload supporting documents. It also gives the charity’s management team a way to review documents and understand who is ready to move forward with mission work.

What it shows about Titan AI Studio

This project quickly revealed how Titan AI Studio changes manual volunteer recruitment into a structured Salesforce experience. The volunteer portal collects names, and it connects recruitment, availability, document collection, and management review into one workflow.

Titan AI Studio helps teams move from rough operational problems to portals that support mission work, while Salesforce is the place where information can be tracked and acted on.

Project 8: Mentor Portal

Yvonne Small, a Salesforce consultant, wanted to show how a charity could manage a full mentoring journey in one place, while collecting applications.

What was built

Yvonne Small built the winning Hackathon project, a mentoring portal for submitting applications to a charity. The idea is that the application form fields sync submitted data to Salesforce to create or update records, depending on the data already in the CRM. Once the application form is filled out, it’s routed by Titan for internal approval via a separate process.

Applicants also have the ability to log into the portal to view a dashboard that houses profile details, applications, and any mentoring sessions that come off the back of that.

How it works

Mentor application portal dashboard showing profile, application, and session status

Why it stood out

The portal connects mentoring applications to Salesforce record creation, internal approval, applicant visibility, and ongoing mentoring sessions. That makes the process easier for applicants, while giving the charity a way to track who has applied, who has been approved, and what support each person receives after onboarding.

What it shows about Titan AI Studio

The mentoring portal shows that Titan AI Studio helps teams think through a complete Salesforce experience. The build connects application intake, record creation, approval routing, applicant dashboards, profile management, and mentoring session visibility in one journey.

“Titan AI Studio has been great, it’s very interactive. You can speak to it, and it responds to you like a normal conversation, which is very nice. It doesn’t need to be technical!”

Yvonne Small |  Salesforce Consultant

Project 9: Event Registration Portal

Katie Hepworth, a CRM manager and Salesforce certified administrator, built a booking portal to support a charity’s gala dinner and eliminate the manual work behind what should be a simple Salesforce experience.

What was built

The booking portal allowed people to reserve a full table or individual seats for the gala dinner and included back-end reporting for the charity. The booking portal links to the charity’s website to display its custom content and also connects to an online auction site so people can pre-bid on items before the gala dinner.

How it works

Why it stood out

The Salesforce project established how a public event experience can connect directly to back-end operations, helping the nonprofit manage bookings, auction interest, and event data in a structured way.

What it shows about Titan AI Studio

The booking portal conveys how Titan AI Studio transforms event processes into a complete workflow connected to Salesforce. The value is in building a front-end page for booking tables or tickets and connecting that experience to the reporting data the charity team needs behind the scenes.

In Katie Hepworth’s use case, the portal supports Salesforce experiences while giving the charity better visibility into bookings, auction interest, and event performance.

What These 9 Nonprofit Projects Tell Us About AI for Salesforce Teams

Together, the nine Hackathon projects highlighted what building with Titan AI Studio means for Salesforce teams. Participants used Titan AI Studio to convert nonprofit challenges into structured experiences connected to Salesforce.

From donor journeys and volunteer recruitment to mentoring applications, family reunification, event booking, surveys, and reporting, the takeaway for Salesforce admins is that Titan AI Studio is most beneficial at helping organizations quickly move from problem to process.

The noticeable difference with using Titan’s AI Studio was that the starting point changed in projects, and human judgment mattered at every stage. So, instead of beginning with a blank build, the participants started with a working Salesforce structure from Titan AI Studio and refined it with the context only they understood.

Titan’s AI Studio gave the participants at Hackathon a fast way to shape the first version of a project, while Salesforce remained the operational backbone for data, records, approvals, and follow-up work.

How Salesforce Admins are Reducing Problems with AI

Nonprofit organizations often have a minimalist workforce that needs support from tools built for Salesforce. Eric Manten, HR Transformation Executive, explains the market, “Across industries, the message from leadership teams is becoming more consistent: build lean teams, not bigger teams.” As a result, making small improvements to any process tends to have a large operational impact. At Hackathon, we learned first-hand about the little nonprofit issues, such as intake, applications, registrations, approvals, and service requests, that are still too manual.

The Hackathon provided a space and proved that Titan AI Studio helps teams move faster so that the output becomes something usable. It bridged ideas, builds, and Salesforce execution for the participants and provided practical solutions to reduce admin work in operations, improve access, and keep data structured inside Salesforce.

With the help of Titan AI Studio, admins in 2026 are speeding up building processes from the start with a digital colleague that sits within their Salesforce workflow.

The Future of AI for Nonprofits

Titan’s Hackathon at Agentforce World Tour London showed what can happen when nonprofit teams are given an AI builder designed for Salesforce and a clear challenge to solve.

The nine projects were different in scope and purpose, but they pointed to the same conclusion. AI becomes worthwhile when it helps build something teams can refine, govern, and use. For Salesforce teams working in nonprofit organizations, this is where the opportunity sits. Titan AI Studio will not replace the professionals who understand the nonprofit work, but will help them move faster from idea to Salesforce experience.
