Challenge

VOCEL uses Salesforce’s Program Management Module to track program participation, including enrollment, engagement, and feedback. The organization needed a better way to connect its Salesforce data and processes with the people participating in its early childhood initiatives.

Its existing form solution was not deeply integrated with Salesforce, leaving the team wanting greater control over how forms interacted with its data and more flexibility to build self-enrollment experiences around existing processes.

With complex relationships between accounts, contacts, households, children, classes, and program information, VOCEL needed a Salesforce forms for nonprofits solution flexible enough to work across its data model.

The member experience also needed to be mobile-friendly. VOCEL needed a bilingual form builder for Salesforce that could support English and Spanish experiences while keeping the underlying data consistent in a single language.

Solution

VOCEL uses Titan’s conditional logic form builder for Salesforce to create member experiences connected to its existing processes.

For program registration, a multi-step enrollment form for Salesforce creates or updates the relevant Salesforce records based on submitted data. The class enrollment experience supports parents, children, and teachers while working across VOCEL’s complex Salesforce relationships.

These mobile-friendly Salesforce forms use multi-step navigation, conditional logic, and prefilled forms for returning customers to make enrollment easier for members. English and Spanish experiences are available while maintaining consistent Salesforce values behind the scenes.

VOCEL also uses real-time Salesforce data in forms to control class availability. Once a class reaches capacity, it no longer appears as an available option.

Beyond enrollment, VOCEL uses Titan as a Salesforce survey tool for nonprofits. Its pre- and post-program survey, via Salesforce, captures participant feedback for reporting and analysis in Salesforce.

Impact

Mobile-First, Multilingual Experiences
Titan’s Salesforce-native form builder for nonprofits gives members a simpler way to complete enrollment on mobile devices, while the bilingual form builder supports English and Spanish experiences and keeps Salesforce data consistent.

Self-Service Enrollment in Salesforce
Participants register through Salesforce-connected forms, making program enrollment an enormous time saver while reducing manual admin and opportunities for error.

Clean Salesforce Data From Web Forms
Improved data cleanliness through structured nonprofit forms, controlled inputs, and consistent Salesforce values reduces cleanup for VOCEL’s team.

Real-Time Program Availability
Live Salesforce data controls which classes appear in enrollment forms, removing full classes from the member experience.

Easier Program Measurement
VOCEL’s survey tool supports pre- and post-program measurement, helping the team compare participant knowledge, confidence, and ability over time.

“Titan just feels like a seamless extension of Salesforce. It’s our bridge to what we’re building for our entire member community.”
