This is special since the Salesforce object defines the final look and feel of the document. Titan Deal Room was also able to add custom content to the document template that included as many subsections as needed by the sales team under Template Document Items.

For example, the sales team could configure the type of content in the document to be text, image, or YouTube Video with simple drop-downs. We also gave the company the opportunity to show its content before or after sections with Sort Order and Title options. 

Creating these templates on Salesforce is a massive win for the company. The business has a huge sales team, so Titan built an LWC component on their opportunities in Salesforce. The company now has the option to send custom documents directly from Salesforce to clients.

So, Titan Deal Room makes it super easy to quickly mock up a new template for a document, which can be sent to the company’s clients when they need to collect signatures. Additionally, sales agents could keep track of the document’s journey via email notifications and collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the sales process.
