Amit Midha, a partner at Titan, was approached by a customer for help with a custom Salesforce solution. The customer originally collected patient data from a PDF and manually entered it into Salesforce. 

Here are a few of the tasks the customer had to endure before turning to Titan:

The customer was swamped with collecting patient data via PDF on an enrollment and eligibility form. The form collected patient information like names and special requirements.

The form displayed the HIPAA Regulation Right and a waiver of liability, which the patient had to read and physically sign with a pen.

The customer had to manually enter patient information from this lengthy form into Salesforce to capture the data.

Sometimes, the customer uploaded the PDF without inputting data into Salesforce because these tasks created a lot of headaches.
