Be able to re-size the “Layer List” Pop-up window

Given that we currently cannot move our elements by dragging them through the Layer List window (another submitted  idea), it would be great if we could adjust the size of the Layer list window as we wish. When using a large monitor/resolution we want to see the maximum of what our elements hierarchy  design looks like.

Also, considering that often the focus gets lost in the Layer list, we end up on top of the view and have to re-navigate to the correct element.

It would save a lot of frustration.
