Loading symbol on Sign and Send action

When using the Sign and Send action, it takes some time before the document displays. During that time, there is no indicator that the page is loading, which means users end up clicking the option multiple times, which in turn, generates multiple documents

I suggest there is either a loading symbol or a message letting the users know they have clicked the option and that the document is being generated
