Vertical Tab Container – allow the tabs to “float” alongside while the user scrolls

Hello,

For a vertical container, it’s great that the tabs are static and always on the page. It would be even better to have the option to allow the tabs to “float” so that if the container is quite lengthy and vertical, the user always has access to the tabs and they can navigate across the tabs.

This could (possibly) add the functionality of having one of the float tabs serve as a button to jump the user back to the top. Rather than using a separate button object for that
