Alice

Updated: Mar 18th, 2025

If you are reading this article, then there is a good chance you are interested in using forms with a Salesforce Health Cloud integration. It’s a popular solution to streamline data management in healthcare and make more personalized connections with patients. But first up, what are Salesforce Forms?

Salesforce Forms can refer to any form integrated with the Salesforce ecosystem. Think of your automated medical billing forms or healthcare claims processing forms.

There are several ways you can integrate your forms with the world’s leading CRM. For example, try the Salesforce Web-to-lead feature, custom development via Salesforce’s dev platform, or one of the many quality tools available on the Salesforce AppExchange.

In this article, we will discuss how implementing forms for Salesforce will transform your healthcare practice by providing you with razor-sharp data, ramped-up productivity, unparalleled security, and enhanced patient satisfaction. We will also talk about some of the different Salesforce Forms options and top use cases. Finally, we will explore some of the leading third-party tools on the market for Salesforce Forms.

So, let’s dive in!

The Importance of Creating Medical Forms & Collecting Patient Data for Your Salesforce Database

Integrating your digital forms with Salesforce is one of the smartest decisions your healthcare practice can ever make. Below are the top 5 benefits of syncing forms to your Salesforce database:

1. Reason number one is better quality for your Salesforce Health Cloud data model. And what’s more, you can gather this data more efficiently! On one hand, you don’t need to manually enter patient information into Salesforce. Instead, key personal details and preferences can be automatically sent to your CRM.

And, of course, deciding to store your medical data in Salesforce ensures greater accuracy because you will have a single source of truth in the planet’s #1 CRM. Gathering your data via an online form for your Salesforce database also optimizes the entire collection process.

Instead of sweating it out trying to contact multiple different people and organizations to access their data, all important information can be collected seamlessly via a medical history form embedded in your website.

2. Another perk of feeding your form data automatically into Salesforce is that you will have deeper and more personalized information on patients, partners, and their respective organizations. Once an online form is submitted, all data will be synced to your Salesforce records, which will complement and enhance any existing knowledge you have on key patients and valuable partners. You will also have the tools to launch successful campaigns and ads that are closely based on the needs and preferences of your audience.

3. You have the ability to create leads in Salesforce using your form data. This can be done using the Salesforce web-to-lead feature or by using a third-party tool for Salesforce. This saves medical reps time, nukes manual effort in capturing leads, and also empowers your healthcare company to track the entire lead process from start to finish in Salesforce.

4. One more benefit is that you get healthcare workflow automation tools for more efficient processes. For example, you can route a specific patient to a member of your medical team who has expertise in the treatment they are looking for.

Or, if a patient fills out a survey indicating they are dissatisfied with your service, you can automatically trigger a follow-up to find out how to better assist them and improve their experience. Similarly, tasks and reports can be generated based on form responses. It’s up to you to customize these digital healthcare workflows!

5. Decisions, decisions, decisions! These can be tough but they will be far more accurate and well-informed if they are based on information submitted via an online form into Salesforce. Your medical company’s leadership will be able to draw on the rich resources of Salesforce, which include intuitive analytics and reports.

All submitted data can be compared to other information on a patient in real-time so you can get the best possible understanding of the individuals interacting with your business. The result? Healthcare professionals can act quickly and decisively to make the right decisions for their patients and organizations.

Salesforce Integration for Forms in Healthcare

Now that we have discussed some of the benefits of using online healthcare forms and Salesforce to gather important information let’s take a deeper look at different types of forms for Salesforce and how the integration process works.

Salesforce Forms for Healthcare

There are a wide variety of Salesforce forms to choose from. Here are some of the main ones:

  • Standard Salesforce Forms
  • Dynamic Salesforce Forms
  • Web-to-Lead Forms
  • Web-to-Case Forms
  • Survey Forms
  • Approval Forms

Each of these forms have specific use cases and applications and we will check out some of them below. Keep reading to find out more!

Dynamic Forms Vs. Web Forms in Healthcare

You have probably heard of both Dynamic Forms and Web Forms for Salesforce, but what is the difference between them? In a nutshell, Dynamic Forms is an innovative Salesforce feature that allows you to interact more effectively and flexibly with your data inside Salesforce. On the other hand, web forms, like HIPAA consent forms, are used to gather information from external sources that are automatically fed into Salesforce.

Please check out our HIPAA Compliance Forms article for more information on this regulatory framework. But back to our discussion. In this section, we break these concepts down in detail.

Dynamic Forms for Salesforce Health Cloud

Salesforce Dynamic Forms are the most exciting news we got since Salesforce announced the option to create different page layouts per profile. After more than 10,000 votes on the IdeaExchange and 14 years since the initial request, Dynamic Forms are finally here.

Dynamic Forms allows you to create a user-centric UI that displays the right information to the right user at the right time! Dynamic forms have built-in functionality to show/hide fields according to the criteria you choose. In addition, as an admin, you can decide on the specific fields you want to display without needing to add them to the legacy page layout.

Unfortunately, not everything is perfect, and it’s important to note that Dynamic Forms is still not supported by all standard objects. Another limitation is the number of fields that can be added, which is a max of 100 fields. A lack of backward compatibility support for older browsers (like IE11) can also be an issue for some healthcare organizations.

With that said, Dynamic Forms brings new and exciting options to Salesforce admins who create user-friendly pages and medical processes. If you haven’t tried this feature out yet, then we suggest you do it soon!

How to Create Web Forms in Salesforce for Health Cloud

In contrast to Dynamic Forms, which are internal to Salesforce, Web Forms are used to collect data from external users such as patients and partners. While Salesforce web forms can be super useful, you will see that some features (like Web-to-lead) are relatively basic and have certain limitations.

Types of Healthcare Web Forms for Salesforce

Navigate through the types of web forms for Salesforce below and find out how to use them! We will specifically explain Salesforce Web-to-Lead, Web-to-Case, and Web-to-Custom object forms.

Collect Data From External Users
Collect Data From External Users

Salesforce Web-to-Lead forms for Healthcare

Web-to-Lead is one of the most basic Salesforce features. Web-to-Lead for Salesforce works by generating a snippet of HTML code based on the fields you have selected. This code is then pasted into a web form, like a digital patient intake form that already exists on your website.

This will enable you to automatically create leads in Salesforce directly from your web form without having to develop any kind of integration. The downside? It supports only regular fields on the lead object.

This means that you can’t upload any files or create any other object besides a lead. Moreover, you are still required to develop the web form itself.

Web-to-Case Salesforce Forms in Healthcare

They are very similar to the Web-to-Lead option, but instead, you work with a case object. The medical use case will allow patients to create a case directly in Salesforce without any development. If your healthcare organization is willing to oversee the cons mentioned above, you are good to go with a Salesforce web-to-case form.

One benefit is that cases can be automatically routed and escalated to relevant members of your medical team, and the whole process can be fully tracked and audited.

Salesforce Web-to-Custom Object Form in Healthcare

You can also connect your web form to a custom object in Salesforce. This works by first deciding the custom object you want to work with and then creating a form containing the required fields for your use case. Once a patient fills in your form and hits submit, this information will be fed back into Salesforce to your custom object.

It’s important to bear in mind that this will probably require development or use of Salesforce APIs, so make sure you are aware of the requirements before proceeding with implementing Web-to-Custom Object projects.

Forms for Salesforce | Healthcare Use Cases

1. Lead Generation with Salesforce for Healthcare

Generating high-value leads is crucial to the success of your medical rep team and your business as a whole. Using Salesforce Forms to generate leads will make your sales lifecycle more efficient, automate tedious tasks, and also ensure that leads get scored and routed more accurately.

Sounds great, but how does one create leads in Salesforce? The first thing you need to do is create a form containing your required fields, such as contact information and company name. You then need to make sure that your form is connected to Salesforce.

You can do this using the Web-to-lead feature or no-code drag-and-drop functions in your favorite third-party app. After this, simply embed your form on your website, and when patients submit their information, a lead in Salesforce will automatically be created. Now that you have figured out how to generate leads in Salesforce, several actions can be performed.

For example, leads can be routed to relevant medical reps based on specific criteria. And your leads can be tracked and nurtured throughout the sales cycle. By adding leads in Salesforce you are more likely to close the deal and convert your biggest prospects!

2. Salesforce Event Registration for Healthcare

Salesforce Forms can help to make your event registration more efficient and empower you to get personalized insights on all medical professionals in attendance. First, create your form using your preferred form-building tool and ensure that all fields are mapped appropriately to Salesforce. Next, you need to embed your form in a suitable spot on your website, for example on an events page.

Efficient Event Registration Processes
Efficient Event Registration Processes

When medical professionals fill in and submit their forms, this information will be automatically sent to Salesforce, which can be converted into a lead or into another type of record, depending on your preferences and medical use case.

Event management in Salesforce comes with powerful tools, and you can opt to send automated acknowledgments to your guests, thanking them for submitting their attendance information. You can also use your Salesforce database to monitor the number of medical professionals who will be attending your event, cater to their special requests, and follow up on their sentiments to gauge event success!

3. Medical Requests & Support Processes for Salesforce

Using Salesforce Forms to handle support requests and healthcare processes is a no-brainer. This works by embedding your Salesforce integrated form in an appropriate place on your website, for example, your support page. You can create one or more different types of forms for different medical use cases.

For example, you can create one form for special medical equipment requests and another for complaints and issues with your product. Either way, once your form/s are configured, they can be filled in by customers, and all information is sent back to Salesforce.

Once support data is sent to Salesforce, cases can automatically be assigned and escalated to subject matter experts. Similarly, special features and other requests can be routed to your R&D team. Using Salesforce for support processes means you can closely monitor the support lifecycle from the moment a ticket is created until the resolution.

You can also choose to automatically check in with customers to find out if they were happy with the process.

4. Medical Forms and Quotes in Salesforce

If your medical company is looking to get off paper and enter the era of digitization when creating invoices and quotes, then using Salesforce is a great way to go. The process is pretty simple, and all you need to do is include relevant fields on your form to find out the product type (and quantity) your patient is after. Once this is done, share your form with patients, partners, and other customers via email, social media, or by including it on your website.

After patients submit this form, data will be sent to Salesforce where it can be used to create leads or any object you want. But how do we create a quote in Salesforce? Well, simply use Salesforce’s own tools for generating quotes or use a third-party app.

These quotes can be stored as Salesforce records and sent to patients to either accept or reject. Once a patient chooses to accept a quote, your healthcare practice can send them a purchase order form where all submitted data is once again sent back to Salesforce to be carefully managed and processed.

5. Subscription & Salesforce Healthcare Membership Management

Once you choose to manage subscriptions in Salesforce, you won’t look back! Simply create a subscription form for your product or service, and be sure to include fields that will capture the data your healthcare organization needs. Embed a Salesforce form in a website, via socials, or email and once the data is submitted it will be stored in your Salesforce CRM, for example as a lead.

The great part about this is all membership management can be handled in Salesforce so subscribers can get personalized emails welcoming them to your plan. You can send members automated renewal reminders, and all plan upgrades can be managed seamlessly.

6. Salesforce Resource Management & Downloads in Healthcare

Giving prospects and patients the ability to access special resources and download informative material from your site is a wonderful way to provide support to members purchasing your medical products or service. Embedding a resource request form on your website allows visitors to fill in their details to access or download a healthcare ebook, policy, or other exclusive content. All submitted data will be fed into Salesforce, where it can be assessed by your marketing team.

The relevant healthcare materials can then be sent to prospects and patients who really need them. Offering FREE downloads and resources to members who fill in your form is a great way of gathering new leads. In addition, you can harness the power of Salesforce (and downloads) to track interest and engagement in your treatments by monitoring the number of people who request to access your resource.

Special Resources for Prospects and Patients

7. Salesforce Partner Relationship Management & Channel Registration for Healthcare

Salesforce Forms are a highly effective way of implementing partner relationship management and channel registration. For starters, you can create intuitive onboarding forms for partners, and once these are filled in, all data can be fed back into Salesforce. Then, the team running your healthcare partner program can make use of approval tools before deciding whether a potential partner meets the requirements of your medical scheme.

If an applicant ticks all the boxes, the partner can be registered in the Salesforce system and given access to medical resources reserved for membership such as learning material and product roadmaps.

By using Salesforce for channel management you can track partners every step of the way to ensure they are hitting targets and if they are not, you can provide necessary healthcare training.

8. Salesforce Patient Satisfaction Surveys

Send out a Salesforce patient survey to figure out if your clients are satisfied with the product or treatment you are providing. Depending on your preferred methods of engaging with patients you can choose to send this survey via email or embed it in your website. Be sure to insert questions that speak to your product or treatment quality, such as its reliability or healing success.

Once answers have been submitted, they are used to create survey response records in Salesforce. From here, you can draw on extensive reporting and analytic tools to figure out what you are getting right or wrong. After this, you can reach out to those disappointed patients to see how you can address their concerns. It would also be a nice gesture to thank satisfied patients for their stellar reviews.

9. Salesforce Guest Feedback & Evaluations for Healthcare Events

Want to know how to get feedback from an event but don’t know how to coordinate this? Sending evaluations to get feedback from medical professionals on company-organized events is a great way to do so. Choosing to do this through Salesforce makes your medical practice processes run much smoother.

No matter whether you were holding a medical workshop, VIP event, or webinar, you can send evaluation forms to all who attended to find out if the event met their expectations. Once responses are submitted, all information is fed back to Salesforce, where you can analyze the success of planned sessions and speakers. You can easily automate follow-up actions, such as thanking medical professionals for attending!

Salesforce Forms Alternatives for Healthcare

Now that we have discussed why you should be using forms for Salesforce and have taken a look at common use cases, let’s evaluate the top form-building apps on the market for healthcare professionals. All the options below give you the ability to create forms integrated with Salesforce, but what are the pros and cons of each? And which is the best Health Cloud solution for your business?

Let’s dive in!

123FormBuilder for Salesforce

123FormBuilder offers a relatively simple drag-and-drop form-building solution. It’s a great option if you are looking for something easy to use. However, it doesn’t have robust integration with Salesforce.

Here are its pros and cons for healthcare professionals:

Pros

green plus sign
You can collect patient and partner data with online forms
green plus sign
The codeless, drag-and-drop platform is simple to use and understand
green plus sign
Conditional logic can be used in your healthcare forms
green plus sign
It can be used across Desktop, Laptop, and Mobile devices

Cons

salesforce forms minus
This app has a pretty inflexible layout with predefined options healthcare admins can’t change
salesforce forms minus
Robust integration with Salesforce would require a healthcare admin to use code
salesforce forms minus
It is challenging from a development perspective to get this app to integrate with Salesforce in real-time
salesforce forms minus
Many of this app’s plans come with restrictions on the types of Salesforce objects you can work with
salesforce forms minus
This app does not easily cater to custom medical use cases

If a seamless forms integration with Salesforce is what your healthcare practice is after, then you could definitely search for better form builder options.

Formsite for Salesforce

Next up on the list is Formsite, which offers several advantages for healthcare organizations. Formsite integrations encompass Google products, payment providers, and Salesforce, to name a few. It’s the last product that we are most interested in, so let’s check out where Formsite does well and where it falls down:

Pros

green plus sign
Relatively simple setup of web forms for lead capture, surveys, and patient data
green plus sign
Several form templates to choose from to save your healthcare practice time
green plus sign
You can make use of conditional logic to guide the patient’s experience

Cons

salesforce forms minus
Formsite is not known for being easily customizable. You might also find it’s not scalable enough if you are a larger healthcare network.
salesforce forms minus
Setting up a Salesforce integration can be a headache to get the kind of seamless connection you want. Chances are your healthcare practice will have to invest in custom development.

Our verdict on Formsite is that it has an edge when it comes to integration options, but it does not do enough to stand out in a competitive healthcare market. You can perhaps look further for an option that does more for your Health Cloud pricing plan.

DocuSign for Salesforce

DocuSign for Salesforce is primarily known as a tool for electronic signatures but it can also get the job done if your healthcare organization is looking for a form-building solution. DocuSign’s Salesforce integration is also a lot more efficient than some of the other options we have looked at, so what are its best and worst features?

Pros

green plus sign
A decent Salesforce integration that gives healthcare admins the power to work with forms and documents using Salesforce records
green plus sign
DocuSign has solid security, including 2FA and encryption options
green plus sign
You can automate several healthcare processes using DocuSign, including pre-filling forms and sending data to and from Salesforce

Cons

salesforce forms minus
Not all objects and data structures are supported
salesforce forms minus
DocuSign can be on the pricey side, so be sure to check your clinic’s budget first
salesforce forms minus
DocuSign is not the most intuitive tool to use, and medical practices might find onboarding takes a little longer
salesforce forms minus
The tool is primarily designed for signing and is not the most robust form solution

Even though DocuSign integrates with Salesforce well, it has limitations in healthcare. We suggest you also check out other apps with more specialized form-building capabilities.

FormAssembly for Salesforce

FormAssembly is a well-known form-building solution, and it doesn’t require healthcare professionals to invest in custom development or have any knowledge of code. FormAssembly’s Salesforce integration is also quite useful. So what are its pros and cons?

Pros

green plus sign
Healthcare admins can pre-fill forms with Salesforce data
green plus sign
Integrates well with Salesforce objects
green plus sign
Create intuitive healthcare forms with conditional logic
green plus sign
Drag-and-drop interface and access to an intuitive no-code workflow builder
green plus sign
Relatively customizable platform
green plus sign
Map data flows to suit your medical processes
green plus sign
Compliant with HIPAA, PCI DSS Level 1 Certification, and other leading regulatory frameworks

Cons

salesforce forms minus
It is expensive compared to other options in the market
salesforce forms minus
There are significant limits to the flexibility of a medical form’s layout
salesforce forms minus
The app is limited to just form creation and does not support other essential features like document generation and e-signatures in healthcare processes
salesforce forms minus
Updates to the software are time-consuming
salesforce forms minus
Salesforce integration is not easily manageable across the product

Salesforce and FormAssembly work well together but this is not always seamless to manage and nor is this process limitless. From our perspective, FormAssembly is very narrowly form-focused. This means that if your healthcare practice is looking for an end-to-end platform, it would need to continue searching.

Formstack for Salesforce

Formstack is a pretty big player in the world of web forms and if your healthcare practice is looking for a form-building solution, then it has almost certainly come across it at one point or another. So what are its best and worst points?

Pros

green plus sign
Create intuitive healthcare forms for data collection
green plus sign
Work with a no-code, drag-and-drop builder
green plus sign
Formstack can pre-fill medical forms with Salesforce data
green plus sign
Create healthcare forms with conditional logic
green plus sign
Customize branding to match your healthcare practice
green plus sign
Security features include reCAPTCHA

Cons

salesforce forms minus
Healthcare admins only have access to public forms
salesforce forms minus
The app does not supply multi-step medical forms for modern designs
salesforce forms minus
The layout stage in form creation has minimal flexibility
salesforce forms minus
Compliant with HIPAA, FedRamp, and FERPA, but only if you are willing to incur very high costs

Nintex for Salesforce

Nintex Forms integrates directly with Salesforce and offers an intuitive form-building interface for healthcare professionals. What’s more, the Nintex online community provides great support for customers and partners alike. So, what are the highs and lows of using Nintex:

Pros

green plus sign
Direct integration with Salesforce
green plus sign
Access to support via Nintex Community
green plus sign
Healthcare admins can implement validation rules for data and work with conditional logic
green plus sign
Works well with mobile, along with desktop and laptop

Cons

salesforce forms minus
Nintex can become pricey, so do look into your healthcare firm’s budget constraints first
salesforce forms minus
The tool does not lend itself to all medical use cases and can be challenging to customize
salesforce forms minus
Similarly, if you are working with more complex logic and data sets, Nintex might not perform as well.

Nintex is a viable option, but it’s not ideal if you have a specialized medical use case or more advanced form-building demands.

PandaDoc for Salesforce

PandaDoc is not a specialized form-building solution, but it makes our list because it has a forms tool that medical professionals can use. PandaDoc’s Salesforce integration is relatively functional, and you can find it on the AppExchange. So, let’s check out the pluses and minuses of this solution:

Pros

green plus sign
Salesforce and PandaDoc work well together
green plus sign
Offers a no-code solution for medical professionals
green plus sign
Admins can make use of document solutions, electronic signatures, and agreements for healthcare contract lifecycle management

Cons

salesforce forms minus
PandaDoc is not known as an efficient form-building solution, and its expertise lies in other areas
salesforce forms minus
If you are looking to customize your form and have a niche medical use case, PandaDoc is not super flexible
salesforce forms minus
Complex medical forms with advanced logic will likely not be supported by PandaDoc

We advise your healthcare organization to find other options if it is after a form-builder that supports complex projects, like insurance verification forms.

Typeform for Salesforce

Typeform is a popular online form builder for Salesforce that healthcare professionals could consider. Its website claims that roughly 1,5 million forms are built using its tool every day. Typeform’s Salesforce integration is also user-friendly, so let’s check out the pros and cons of this solution in the healthcare industry:

green plus sign
Intuitive to use
green plus sign
Integrates with Salesforce
green plus sign
Healthcare admins can use conditional logic to provide more personalized patient experiences
green plus sign
Helps automate medical processes

Cons

salesforce forms minus
Salesforce integration is limited, and not all data structures or objects are supported
salesforce forms minus
AppExchange reviews indicate lookup fields and file uploads are not fully supported
salesforce forms minus
There are errors with syncing data to Salesforce

All in all, we think Typeform doesn’t have sophisticated enough Salesforce integration to be a first-choice tool for healthcare organizations, but it is a well-liked and reliable option for quickly building forms.

Google Forms for Salesforce

Among many other products, Google has its own form solution. It’s important to keep in mind that there is no official Google Salesforce integration. This means that your healthcare practice will have to work with a third party or invest in custom development to connect Google Forms to Salesforce.

So what are its pros and cons?

green plus sign
It is FREE as part of the Google Account package
green plus sign
Healthcare professionals can collaborate with other Google account users during Salesforce form creation
green plus sign
Healthcare form creation is unlimited
green plus sign
Plays well with other Google products
green plus sign
Easy to use and has a file upload function
green plus sign
Provides numerous distribution methods for medical forms

Cons

salesforce forms minus
Healthcare admins cannot find it on the AppExchange store. Try searching for a 3rd party provider like Zapier to connect with Salesforce
salesforce forms minus
The sole purpose of the app is for surveys and questionnaires
salesforce forms minus
Google Forms is short on features compared to others on this list
salesforce forms minus
Data reporting and analysis is simplistic

In summary, this is not a Salesforce Forms builder, so your healthcare practice can look further for a more robust solution.

JotForm

JotForm is another solution that your medical team won’t be able to find when looking through Salesforce AppExchange. It makes the list because it is relatively intuitive to use. So what are its best and worst features?

green plus sign
Medical forms are editable and customizable
green plus sign
You have access to a library of forms
green plus sign
Super intuitive UI
green plus sign
Integrates with Slack
green plus sign
Tables are easy to comprehend

Cons

salesforce forms minus
Jotform’s integration is almost non-existent, and healthcare admins cannot find it on the AppExchange store unless they use a 3rd party provider like Zapier to connect with Salesforce
salesforce forms minus
The paid version has expensive monthly payment models
salesforce forms minus
Essential features like document generation for healthcare processes are not provided
salesforce forms minus
The form creation layout is rigid and inflexible

Our verdict is similar to the one we gave for Google: look for a tool with direct Salesforce integration to experience the real benefits of form-building with the #1 CRM in healthcare.

Titan for Salesforce Health Cloud

Titan is a dynamic, no-code digital experience platform designed specifically for Salesforce. With Titan Forms, healthcare admins can update any existing record or create new records directly in Salesforce – no code is necessary, and it can be done in just a few clicks. Titan’s patented integration with Salesforce allows healthcare admins to customize any medical process you can imagine while relying on Salesforce data throughout the whole process.

In addition, Titan Forms includes styling options to bring any design your medical practice can think of to reality.

With Titan’s no-code form builder for healthcare, your imagination is the limit. You can build anything you choose! So what are Titan’s pros and cons?

green plus sign
Healthcare web forms with bi-directional data to and from Salesforce
green plus sign
Apply custom branding to patient intake forms.
green plus sign
Work with any logic or data structure
green plus sign
Work with any Salesforce object
green plus sign
Sophisticated conditional logic
green plus sign
Pre-fill patient registration forms
green plus sign
Access to table elements

Cons

salesforce forms minus
For multi-page medical forms, you will need to work with Titan Web
salesforce forms minus
For end-to-end healthcare experiences, you will need to use Titan’s other products, such as Web, Docs, Sign, and CLM
salesforce forms minus

Wrapping Up Salesforce Web Forms for Healthcare

And that’s a wrap on Salesforce web forms for healthcare. We hope you enjoyed this Health Cloud guide and learned a whole lot more about Salesforce integration for forms, how to create a form to solve your medical use case, and what to look out for when choosing a form-building solution.

Web forms have the power to transform your medical practice, streamline your data management in Salesforce, and help you find out the needs and preferences of patients.

Choosing a third-party form-building solution on the AppExchange is a great way to ensure smoother integrations while mitigating some of the usability issues of Salesforce itself.

At Titan, we have a no-code app that empowers you to design bi-directionally integrated payment authorization forms, medical records release forms, and more for patients and partners in minutes instead of days. If you want to ramp up your go-to-market and deliver astonishing results for patients, why not schedule a demo today?
