Titan is seeking a Digital Art Director to drive the creative vision for our digital marketing efforts. You’ll craft high-performing assets—paid ads, landing pages, motion graphics—while ensuring a cohesive, data-driven brand presence.

We are looking for someone who is willing to bring the flair and creativity of a B2C environment into our B2B advertising space. Don’t hold back with your innovative ideas, we are looking for your individual artistic spark!

Responsibilities

Define and evolve Titan’s digital visual identity.

Create and optimize static, motion, and interactive assets for web, social, and paid media.

Direct video storytelling and enhance digital experiences.

Collaborate with marketing teams to align creative with business goals.

Analyze performance data to refine and improve campaigns.

Qualifications

5+ years in digital design, art direction, or motion graphics (B2B, SaaS, or agency preferred).

Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns and UX/UI design.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.

Experience designing for paid media, social, and web with a focus on conversion.

Data-driven approach to creative strategy.
