TITAN is excited to welcome a seasoned Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to become a pillar of our expanding Sales team. As a Senior SDR, you will serve as the key ambassador of our company to potential clients. Your primary role will be to initiate strategic communication and cultivate lasting professional relationships with prospects, with the ultimate goal of generating new business opportunities for the organization.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the SDR team, assisting in introductory calls while working closely with Account Executives.

Identify target industries, key accounts, and untapped prospects.

Utilize Salesforce expertise to revive dormant leads.

Engage proactively with assigned accounts through diverse outbound channels.

Master our Ideal Customer Profile to expand outreach efforts.

Ensure smooth progression of qualified leads through the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar SDR role in a SaaS company – mandatory.

Degree in software development, IT systems, or a related technological field – an advantage.

Positive attitude, exceptional interpersonal skills, and adaptability to remote work.

Good sense for technology, quick learner, and tech enthusiast.

Willingness to make extensive phone calls and proactive client approaches.

Fluent or native English proficiency.

Salesforce Admin certification / equivalent experience – a huge advantage.
