Is Titan Forms Upgrading?

Yes, a Titan upgrade to Titan Forms will be phasing in an upgrade over the next few months and years. All Titan Forms’ functionalities, plus more exciting forms features, are now available on Titan Forms 2.0. This does mean that Titan Forms 1.0 is retiring, please read the dates below.

Is Titan Forms 1.0 Deprecated?

We have stopped adding new features to Titan Forms 1.0 since June 1st, 2022, and as of now Titan Forms 1.0 is a deprecated product.

Deprecation is the state of a product that is no longer in active development.

Can I still use Titan Forms 1.0?

Yes, you can still use Titan Forms 1.0 but do so knowing that this product is deprecated. You can also continue to use Titan Forms 1.0 once support for the product has ended, however, updating Titan is recommended.

Editing an existing Titan Form 1.0 is open and will remain available.

Creating a new Titan Form 1.0 project will be blocked on September 1st 2022.

When does service for Titan Forms 1.0 cease?

End of servicing for Titan Forms 1.0 begins on January 1st 2023.

What does End of Service mean?

End of servicing refers to when a specific version, feature update, or servicing channel of a product will no longer receive quality or security updates. Bug fixes will also no longer occur after the end of service has concluded.

When does Support for Titan Forms 1.0 end?

Support for Titan Forms 1.0 will end June 1st, 2023.

What does End of Support mean?

End of Support is the end of Extended Support for products governed by the Fixed Policy, and it means support and servicing will no longer be available. Customers may purchase paid programs for applicable products.
