Add Audit Log Tracking for Published Version Activation in FormTitan Projects

Hi Team,

Currently, FormTitan provides general user activity visibility through Account Logs. However, there is no specific tracking available for when a previously published version of a form is reactivated, for example, when an older version is made active instead of the latest one.

This visibility gap makes it difficult to identify who activated a past version and when the change occurred. Having this information is important for maintaining audit trails, troubleshooting unexpected behavior, and ensuring configuration integrity across environments.

We would like to suggest adding an audit log feature in FormTitan to track version activation events.It would also make it easier to investigate unexpected changes or behavior caused by reverting to older versions.
