AI-Powered Summary Generation from Form Fields

In our system, we’ve implemented a modal for sending meeting summaries via email. Currently, it auto-imports data entered in the meeting form (such as date, teacher name, learning cycle stage, main challenge, next steps, etc.), and allows the user to edit the content manually before previewing and sending.

Feature Request:

We would like to enhance this experience by integrating an AI-powered summary generator. Instead of simply inserting field values into a predefined template, the system would use AI to generate a well-phrased, professional email based on the entered data and a predefined tone/style.

Desired Functionality:

• API or built-in tool that accepts a JSON object with form field data.

• Allows the admin to set a general writing prompt (e.g., “Write a formal, first-person summary email in Hebrew, using a reflective and professional tone”).

• Returns a complete, well-written email body that the user can preview and optionally edit before sending.
