Bulk Sign: To field | Advanced button, ability to easily change the list of available fields in the drop down

It would be convenient to be able to edit the available fields in the dropdown list in Bulk Sign | To field | Advanced button, which I believe will also allow to change the value that defaults in the To field (Bulk Sign | To field).
