Moving/Copying elements using the Layer List view

It would be great if we could Move/Copy Elements within a LayerList.

similar to what we can do when we are in Photoshop for exemple.

Sometimes it is difficult to move an element from a container to another one. Especially when there is a parent-child relationship in the containers.

We could then just drag the element in the Layer view.
