Solution Architect

Service & Support | Full Time | USA (Remote, Pacific Time)

As a Solution Architect at TITAN, you will be a trusted advisor to our partners and customers in helping them effectively implement solutions using the Titan platform. You will be with them every step of the way from the idea phase right until project completion. 

You will get a golden opportunity to work with big-name clients and on projects from every industry. You will also have the chance to make a real difference, ensuring users get the most out of Titan to improve their internal and external business processes.

Responsibilities

Driving performance: You will be a driving force to ensure we provide our customers and partners with the best Customer Service. You will chart the route for excellence using your analytical mindset and people skills!

Problem-solving: You will be proactive and reactive in resolving problems as they occur. You will have a solution-oriented mindset and ensure we are constantly implementing best practices

Educate our customers on new and existing features, best practices, and a variety of use cases across industries

Build business success stories and case studies

Qualifications

3 years CRM or ERP- architecture and design of medium to big projects
light blue tick item
2 years of Hands-on backend development experience (Salesforce APEX preferred)

Experience with, and strong grasp of data modeling, tables, and relationships experience (SQL or SOQL)

Bachelors or Masters’ degree in Computer Science or Information Systems

Great people skills
light blue tick item
Fluent or native English skills
light blue tick item
Experience working with Salesforce – an advantage
