Are you struggling to complete a project with all stakeholder and customer requirements? You might be working with manual and outdated processes and cannot efficiently react to the demanding changes, which is the nature of all businesses.
If this sounds like your business problem, keep reading as we explore how automation can help you close sprints with a smile.
A few strategies are available to manage your project faster, such as steering clear of any other business problem that arises or even reducing the number of requirements the project has. Unfortunately, these two strategies are just not feasible or realistic and could jeopardize the quality of your project or even cancel it completely!
A better strategy would be to look at automating your workflow processes within your project team. Here are a few benefits of automating your manual tasks:
Titan’s best-kept secret? We have Salesforce automation solutions for every scenario! Below, we share an everyday use case that has helped our customers in the HR industry. Every business has problems. Let us know if we can help you solve yours!
A successful HR company was in a hiring phase and decided to launch an Intern Recruitment program to hire a few new employees. The vast number of applicants from various universities and colleges in the surrounding areas was starting to become difficult to track for the Hiring team. Additionally, the Legal team, Receptionists, and Team Leads also needed access to data from this project for various reasons.
The Legal team needed to know when an intern was hired so that they could start creating contracts for the new employee. The Receptionists wanted a list of Interns with their contact details to arrange interview appointments. And the Team Leads needed to view details regarding which Intern was hired at any point without requesting the information from a specific Salesforce user within the company.
The Project Managers at the HR company decided to start using Titan’s list views that connected directly to their Salesforce system. Salesforce is the number 1 CRM platform on the market, and the HR company uses it to manage all their client data.
Titan provided the HR company with a list view feature so that multiple stakeholders in the Intern Recruitment project could accurately view data pulled from Salesforce in real-time.
The list view feature added to the HR company’s internal portal was configured with zero code and now displays the following information about an Intern applying for a job:
An added benefit was that Titan helped configure the List View page on the internal portal with Salesforce permission sets to allow only key stakeholders to access this page, ensuring the security and confidentiality of the Intern data.
The HR company has successfully shared essential data from one project with various audiences in their organization. Multiple business workflows across departments have been streamlined by automating data pulled directly and accurately from Salesforce to display in a stunning list view format.
