Joining forces, Titan and Uber Business Capital hosted an informative financial services webinar on 29 June 2022. During the webinar, Titan explained how Salesforce is beneficial to the financial services sector, introduced the highly successful Uber Business Capital portal, highlighted the role that Titan has played in Uber business partnership, and demonstrated the versatility of Titan Financial Services. The video concludes with some plans for the future and a quick Q&A session. The partnership between Titan and Uber Business Capital is exceptional as Titan streamlines Salesforce data into and out of Uber Business Capital’s portal efficiently to focus on scaling business success. If you have a few minutes, click here to to watch the video or keep reading this article to find out more!
Attending the webinar was Ben Miller, a Senior Account Executive at Titan, and joining him was our special guest Ben Clumeck, the President of Uber Business Capital. In a relatable and informal discussion, both Ben’s explained how important Salesforce and Titan are for interacting with your financial services business across any industry.
Uber Business Capital is a specialty fintech company that provides capital financing solutions to businesses ensuring that eventually, these businesses will move over to traditional banking when needed. Focusing on delivering capital financing solutions to medium-sized companies and below, Uber Business Capital has been around for more than five years, partnering with banks that need rapid solutions for customers who require cashflows. Collaborating with companies and providing a high level of service in a straightforward and uncomplicated manner is the goal of Uber Business Capital, as they understand that every single company or person requires unique financial solutions. Based in Houston, Texas, Uber Business Capital aims to service more customers, so click here to get in touch with them.
Titan is a digital experience platform with many products that can send or receive data to Salesforce seamlessly, aimed at extending the overall Salesforce experience. “So how do we get Salesforce in the hands of the people who need it most? In many cases these are the important customers, partners, vendors, our volunteers even?” asks Ben. Titan solves this problem by offering a range of bi-directional solutions with Salesforce in real-time, such as Forms, Web, Docs, Sign, and Survey. Here is a brief description below of each of the products:
Keep in mind that all of these products have zero code dependency! Like what you see and want to know more about our solution in greater depth? Head to our no code salesforce website for a more detailed overview.
So how does this exceptional triumvirate come together? Uber Business Capital has been operating for the last five years and using Salesforce out of necessity for their business goals. Titan, as Uber cloud provider, stood out amongst the other software providers as they offered a customized solution that worked for Uber Business Capital and has been operating successfully with them for four years as Uber business partner. This trusted partnership started early in the business journey!
The business lifecycle of Uber Business Capital follows a sales cycle stage, a customer acquisition stage, and a servicing side of the customer stage. This lifecycle can become quite a labor-intensive system to manage without software which is crucial to the business. Another essential factor is getting data in and out of Salesforce, which is not an easy task with okay form integration applications. With a newfound goal of showcasing Salesforce data to customers and using Salesforce beyond just a CRM tool and applying it to other business processes, it is clear how Uber Business Capital had become fast friends with Titan from a simple support request.
Arriving at the Uber Business Capital portal, note the business has a unique URL web address independent of Titan even though Uber Business Capital is not autonomous of Titan. According to Ben C, complete branding of any business requirements is effortless with Titan and “takes less than 3 minutes to do”. Essentially, establishing branding through iFrame or Titan Web DNS solution offerings provided by Titan is entirely manageable.
Logging into the Uber Business Capital Portal, a customer can view various bank partner details on the homepage, which customers can change depending on which Credit Facility is selected. The data visible to the customer on the UBC portal includes:
Navigating to the debtor list page, customers can rapidly view data related to each of their debtor’s names, the limit requested, the limit status, and the limit approved.
Moving along to the invoices page, customers have access to in-depth details of their invoices that include the below data:
Keeping in mind that the list of invoices could be extremely long, the UBC portal has incorporated a search functionality to make it easier for customers to filter for a single invoice to display only necessary data from Salesforce. Additionally, admins can set up a sort functionality on filters to show the invoices you are looking for based on your preference. These interactions are intuitive to configure as conditions on filters, with a few clicks of a button in Titan!
The Uber Business Capital portal is not just for customers, it’s viewed internally on their partners’ behalf to provide important details recorded at any time on the platform.
Progressing on with Uber business process, we take a look at Uber Business Capital’s payment flow. Although the payment flow for Uber Business Capital customers might look simple, this is not the case. Building a payment flow consists of many conditions, loops, and technical know-how. Luckily for you, we discuss and demonstrate the two payment processes that Uber Business Capital utilizes with Titan and Salesforce in the webinar:
Important to remember that powerful Titan is checking and validating all the data as the Next button is activated in real-time to provide accurate details in your invoice summary and confirmation pages. The total payment flow takes five steps with at least sixty actions running in the background!
Admins can easily generate documents with Titan with button clicks. For a quick demonstration of the generation of a reconciliation document, check out Titan Docs. The webinar includes all the details pulled from Salesforce for Uber Business Capital to view. Some key points about document generation customized for Salesforce Uber Business Capital are the following:
Creating a website for your business in the financial industry is easy with Titan Web, as no code experience is needed. Yes, all the elements have a drag-and-drop functionality! Designing your website has never been easier with Titan Web, as you can skip the CSS coding languages if you want to. Titan can bring any customizable user experience to life! However, we know you want more than just a pretty website; it needs to function. Allow your customers to log in or register for a new account by filling in a simple form designed with Titan’s financial services cloud that pushes data directly to Salesforce.
Thinking about all the data passing through your website’s login and registration pages or even trying to remember a password can be daunting. To cover this aspect and please our customers, Titan Web also offers SmartV. This 2-factor authenticator provides extra security on passwords to authenticate customer login with codes sent via email or text message. After the one-time use codes are submitted at login, customers can proceed with what they intend to do.
Ben M has kindly set up a demonstration to view a document generated from Titan in the webinar.
Moreover, generating a form with Titan is a joy! The result is beautiful with fields, elements, and a stepper element. We are huge fans of the stepper element as it acts as a container that breaks your form into steps. This efficient design helps categorize and separate information required from responders into different headers and sections in your form.
A fantastic offering from Titan is that the complete form launches in the background! Due to Titan’s stepper design and pre-loading functionality, the responder does not have to wait for any parts of the form to load on one single screen. Overall this achievement makes the form look professional, especially when responders can easily navigate between the different header sections to complete the form.
Titan makes sure to be fully integrated with Salesforce, and there are no cutting corners here! Titan ensures that data from Salesforce is preloaded onto the form for your responder to preview and edit before entering any data!
A top highlight of Titan Forms is that we configure forms to push the most accurate data directly to Salesforce with every click of the Next button on your form. A key advantage to applying this logic is that information can be automatically saved to Salesforce in real-time and is not lost through lousy network connections or abandoned forms.
Fantastic features from Titan, right. Want to know more? Just click on the link here to find out more about Titan Form.
After your Titan Form has automatically submitted the responder’s data to Salesforce, you or the responder can generate a Titan document constructed from recently saved Salesforce data for anyone to review. How amazing is that? It gets better than this! 🙂 Once a document is reviewed and ready to be approved, the user can electronically sign the document with the help of Titan Sign to acknowledge that all information is correct. If you need that additional identification of the signer, Titan Sign will provide digital signatures for use. The customer can now click on the Submit button to automatically push the document and its data to Salesforce. A copy of the document can be emailed to the responder for their records with a short message to acknowledge the applicant’s completed task.
Create a complete end-to-end process with Titan!
Currently, on the cards, Uber Business Capital is looking at embedding tables of data that will update multiple objects in Salesforce through a Titan project and a Lightning Web component with one click. This feature update will ensure that if a contact belongs to numerous companies, updates will be made to the various accounts they are related to within Salesforce. Achieving this task could not be done comfortably without Titan’s help in Salesforce!
An exciting new digital application will soon be available for companies of all sizes looking to establish credit with other companies or credit companies! Titan Web has been a great inspiration, and the new digital application will follow the backend of what Titan Web has to offer. What’s more, Uber Business Capital will be able to service companies from around the world, not just the United States! Keep an eye out for this extraordinary application.
Uber Business Capital has had such success with Titan that Ben C has been able to share the digital platform experience with other organizations interested in knowing how Uber Business Capital gets it right. Initially, Uber Business Capital would pass the knowledge seekers directly over to the Titan crew but found that their customers just wanted to get set up quickly without any up-skilling. Uber Business Capital identified this opportunity in the market and is now also focusing on helping businesses integrate with Titan and Salesforce, as becoming digital is necessary to streamline business processes.
