Allow users to edit the hover colour for Radio or Check Mark inputs

Hello,

By default, it looks like there is a faint red colour when the user hovers over a Radio or Check input field. This appears to not be editable – I checked with a service rep as well. They recommended I submit this as a feature add. This would be a great addition to customisation
