Loading files

As of today, it is possible to determine which types of files will be loaded into SF.

However, if you change it, you have to go layout by layout field by field and update.

It would be nice if it could be set

1. Site-wide definition of file types.

2. A change at the DSEKTOP level will allow the values to be passed on to all other layouts
