Wizard – be able create/save a custom Element and have it available at all times

In the Titan Sign Wizard, there are times when we need to put in 5-7 input boxes for the signer’s Initials. It would be convenient if we can create an Element for a signer’s Initials and have it available each time we use the Wizard without having to keep creating it (adding a Text field, changing the size, etc).
