Sometimes institutions require filling out complex PDF forms.
Forms 1 had the option to fill out a PDF form in a simple way, by adding a “layer” of data from SF.
By pressing a single button the form could be generated with data from SF.
This option does not exist in forms 2 nor in WEB.
The possibility apparently exists – docsign, but for one-time users SIGN is too complicated (the experience over the last few years proves this over and over again).
It would be very helpful if the option that was in Forms 1 was integrated into the new environments.
In old environments I use the option of Forms 1, but in new environments the option does not exist, which is why this upgrade is so important.
