SFTP success indication

Today the only indication if the SFTP was successful or not is the integration log, unlike the Salesforce integration in which you have a node for each stage (during integration, after finish, etc…). If you could add two nodes “after finish” and “on cancel” to the SFTP as well that would be of great help.
