Titan is blocking Google Translate

When I translate my form by going to Google Translate website – “sites” tab (in order to paste there a URL), I get a message that the project is disabled.  I am able to provide translations for some languages, but if I have not provided a translation for a particular language, the user may attempt to use Google Translate to get a translation. This fails because Titan is blocking it.
