Value Rule library

There are Value Rule that we use many times. Phone numbers, ID numbers.

A Value Rule can be with many parameters (min/max length, Lohen, digits only, etc.)

If it were possible to keep the rules in the library and only read them as needed, that would be a miracle.

And if I’m already dreaming then ….  also get the ability to opy the library from one project to another
