FIND was launched at the 56th World Health Assembly in 2003 in response to the critical need for innovative and affordable diagnostic tests for diseases in low- and middle-income countries. In 2020, FIND became a co-convener of the Diagnostics Pillar of the Access to COVID-19 Tools Accelerator with The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria.

FIND seeks to ensure equitable access to reliable diagnoses around the world. The organization connects countries and communities, funders, decision-makers, healthcare providers, and developers to spur diagnostic innovation and make testing an integral part of sustainable, resilient health systems.
FIND is a co-convener of the Access to COVID-19 Tools (ACT) Accelerator diagnostics pillar, and a WHO Collaborating Centre for Laboratory Strengthening and Diagnostic Technology Evaluation. Founded in Geneva, Switzerland, in 2003, the organization has regional hubs in Kenya, India, South Africa, and Vietnam. With partners across the public and private sectors, FIND is working to ensure that everyone who needs a test can get one.
Flexible and Customized tools for the Nonprofit Cloud
In the past, keeping track of all collected and managed data was difficult to handle across the organization.
As they grew, FIND had to shift its focus to improving and securing data collection and management in Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
While on its journey to data automation, FIND faced a few common roadblocks to success. Data duplication and difficulty collecting complex data were some of FIND’s limitations. The data FIND typically collects is high-level diagnostic information, and to maintain this data’s accuracy, they needed to set up robust conditioning, dependencies, automation, and fine-tuning.
The organization needed a simple drag-and-drop interface and industry-leading software to integrate seamlessly with Salesforce.
FIND’s business intelligence team embarked on a Tool Discovery project and found Titan.

Titan worked closely with the FIND team to understand and design interactive web forms according to the organization’s specific requirements.
Titan designed an app enabling the organization to push and pull data into and from Salesforce without compromising data security.
As a result, FIND can now seamlessly share individual or group forms with designated users inside or outside the organization.
Stakeholders can quickly gather, capture, update, and submit data in the system with just a few clicks, and the data is sent directly into Salesforce in real time.
With Titan’s bi-directional data flow solution, FIND can now easily retrieve the data submitted by its Stakeholders.
The organization now enjoys significantly improved staff productivity, data quality, and accuracy with Titan’s solutions.
