Absolutely! You need a registered Titan account with a collaborator license to allow admins to assign projects to collaborators. Visit our website if you need add-ons or purchase directly from the Titan dashboard.
Take a look at the following steps needed to assign collaborators to documents.
Log on to the Titan dashboard and click on the My Account tab.
Navigate to the Users tab, which will display the Collaborators container.
Click the Assign button to add collaborators and choose between Salesforce users, Salesforce profiles, Salesforce Permission Sets, and Manual options.
To assign collaborators from your Salesforce system, click on the Salesforce users tab and select the user of your choice. Click on the Next button when you are ready.
Select the project from Forms or Sign and check the action you would like to set for the collaborator. Once complete, click on the Finish button.
Newly assigned collaborators can be found in the Collaborators container. Click on the minus icon to remove a collaborator.
To add a profile from Salesforce, navigate to the Salesforce profiles tab and select the profile group of your choice. Click the Next button to continue.
Select the project from Forms or Sign and check the actions you need for a Salesforce Profile. Once configured, click on the Finish button.
To add a Salesforce Permission Set, navigate to the Salesforce Permission Sets tab and select the option of your choice. Click the Next button to continue.
Select the project from Forms or Sign and check the actions you need for a Salesforce Permission Set. Once configured, click on the Finish button.
To assign a collaborator the manual way, click the Manual tab and fill out the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address or Salesforce Username fields. Once complete, click on the Next button.
Select the project from Forms, Sign, Submissions, Web, Theme, or Report and check the actions you need for the Manual collaborator setup. Once configured, click on the Finish button.
