Work with any Record in Salesforce
In this example, we will work with an Account record in Salesforce but the same applies to any record in any object. In our Account record, you will see we have created a Lightning Button called Account Actions:
This button reduces clutter because you no longer need to have lots of different buttons for account actions. Instead, all your options are consolidated into one. You can see this by clicking on the button to open a screen flow. This gives you the ability to perform several account actions such as Create a Task, Send an Email, and Generate a Document.
We have embedded Titan within the screen flow, so when we click “Generate a Document” for example and then Next, you will be able to see Titan. The user can choose the type of document they want to generate, for example Account Activity summary:
Within your Salesforce screen flow, you will see a preview of a generated document. This is all happening dynamically and in real-time, coming straight from Salesforce and Titan:
The document displays a range of information such as lists of open cases, contacts, communications, and much more. On the document, you have two options, either to save to Salesforce directly or to email to the customer. In this instance, we will save to Salesforce directly before opting to finish the screen flow.
