According to the Assistant Dean of Strategic Initiatives and Salesforce Certified Administrator, Dr. Frederik Leuhusen, the UCLA Anderson School of Management, the Salesforce platform gave UCLA the solution it needed. However, it required some customization regarding data collection and management.
The University, like many Salesforce higher education customers, had complex forms that needed dynamic form fields for data to be automatically populated when pushed and pulled into and from Salesforce.
