The consulting firm recently contracted a real estate development company as a client to help them move from paper-based to more innovative digitized processes. 

The client’s initial property development application process was very manual and tedious. The Property Developer submits the application via email to an Architectural Review team for approval.

Traditionally, the client’s process was as follows:

The Developer emailed the application to the Reviewing Team to be reviewed, approved, and returned.

The application was first assigned to Reviewer 1.

Reviewer 1 approved or rejected the application and returned it to the Developer with feedback.

If approved by Reviewer 1, the application was routed to Reviewer 2.

Reviewer 2 approved or rejected the application and returned it to the Developer with feedback.

Only once both Reviewers approved the application was the document printed and signed in ink by all parties.

Since this was an iterative process done over email and on paper, there were potentially many versions of documents and amendments, causing inefficiency and delays in processing the applications.

The application is generated automatically with data brought directly from Salesforce. For the real estate developer, Titan configured three contacts related to the account, Customer, Developer, and Architect.

After integrating Titan into their Salesforce Org, the client has a fully automated and digitized process

The Developer logs in with their email. The appropriate fields are displayed, and the necessary fields requiring the Developer’s input are enabled for editing

The Developer enters the information and then submits it for review.

Reviewer 1 is notified via email notification that an application has been received.

Reviewer 1 logs in with their email.

The information submitted by the Developer is visible. The appropriate fields for Reviewer 1 to approve, reject and make comments are enabled for editing.

Reviewer 1 approves or rejects the application.

Reviewer 2 approves or rejects the application.

If Reviewer 1 rejects the application, the Developer is notified to log in and submit updates. The process repeats until Reviewer 1 approves the application.

When Reviewer 1 approves the application, Reviewer 2 is notified that the application is ready for review.

Reviewer 2 logs in with their email.

The information submitted by the Developer is visible. The appropriate fields for Reviewer 2 to approve, reject and make comments are enabled for editing.

If Reviewer 2 rejects the application, the Developer is notified to log in and submit updates. The process repeats until Reviewer 2 approves the application.

When Reviewer 2 approves the application, a document is generated in Titan Sign. All parties receive a notification request to sign the document digitally.

When all parties have signed the final application, the data is pushed to Salesforce immediately to be saved. The signed documents are saved in Salesforce, and all parties are emailed a copy.
