Why should you Purchase Additions?

If you need a greater usage limit for your account, you can purchase additions without acquiring additional licenses. Buying additions is easy and accessible, and all additions are conveniently purchasable on a single screen. However, only annual subscription accounts with a loaded credit card can purchase additions.

Alternatively, you can go unmetered. Although buying a Titan license is a simple process, and you just need to select the appropriate license according to your requirements, in reality, your usage may fluctuate, and there could be unexpected spikes in API calls or submissions that can easily exceed your license quota limit. It is important to note that Titan monitors license usage and automatically blocks accounts that exceed the limit. However, by opting for an unmetered option, you can ensure that even if you surpass your quota, your account will not be blocked.

How can you Purchase Additions?

1. Click the Upgrade Account option. The Licenses screen opens.

2. Click the Purchase Additions button. The Extend your License screen opens.

3. Select the Additions that your business requires. This will be billed to your credit card. Each option is tiered in a unit group and is charged per month.
   • API Calls – Purchase additional calls for programs to interact and retrieve requested data.
   • Doc Generation – Create more custom business-critical documents.
   • Projects – Create additional projects.
   • Collaborators and Editors have a custom option to buy a specific amount for your business needs.
     • Collaborators – Allow more accounts to work together on projects.
     • Editors – Allow more users to have access to creating and configuring projects.

How can you Go Unmetered?

Going unmetered will protect your account, as it will not be suspended due to spikes in usage above the quota that has been bought. While using the Unmetered add-on, if your usage is higher than the quota of services listed on your order form, your services will not be suspended, and we will invoice you at the end of each month based on the additional usage at their list price.

1. Click the Kebab icon next to one of the following options:
   • API Calls – Purchase additional calls for programs to interact and retrieve requested data.
   • Doc Generation – Create more custom business-critical documents.
   • Storage – Purchase more storage space.
2. Click the Go Unmetered option. The Extend your Licence screen opens.

3. Complete the credit card details and click the Pay with Credit Card button.
