Install the Titan Managed Package in Salesforce

Titan provides a suite of applications that connect with Salesforce data, including tools for forms, documents, web apps, e-signatures, surveys, CLM, workflows, and file processes. To start using Titan with Salesforce, install the Titan Managed Package from the Salesforce AppExchange.

The managed package gives Salesforce users access to Titan features that help create and manage connected business processes, including:

• Titan Web: Build web applications that connect to Salesforce data and support your business processes.
• Titan Forms: Create forms to collect information from customers, partners, or employees and use that data in Salesforce.
• Titan Flow: Automate processes such as approvals, onboarding, file handling, and record updates.
• Titan Sign: Send documents for electronic signature and keep signing processes connected to Salesforce.
• Titan Docs: Generate documents such as quotes, invoices, proposals, presentations, contracts, and agreements using Salesforce data.
• Titan CLM: Manage contract processes, including contract creation, editing, approvals, and status tracking.
• Titan Survey: Create and manage surveys that collect responses and connect results to Salesforce.
• Titan Files: Run file-related processes in Salesforce, including viewing, creating, modifying, and managing files through Titan Flows.

Install the Titan Package from Salesforce AppExchange

Note:

Prerequisite:

You must be signed in to the AppExchange to install Titan’s apps.

1. Browse to the Salesforce AppExchange and search for Titan.
2. Select the Titan option you need.

3. Click the Get It Now button.

4. Click the Install for All Users radio button.
5. Click the Install button.

6. Wait for the installation to complete.

7. Click the Done button after the installation is completed.

You will receive an email inviting you to schedule a free 30-minute session with a Titan specialist and a notification that the installation was successful.

Grant Permissions

1. Navigate to Salesforce and, on the Setup screen, search for “permission.”
2. Click the Permission Sets option.
3. Click the T and then select the Titan User option.

4. Click the Manage Assignments button.

5. Click the Add Assignment button.

6. Click in the checkbox/es to select users and click the Next button.

7. Make sure that the No expiration date radio button is selected. It is the default option.
8. Click the Assign button.
