The custom domain is a key element hosted on the Titan platform that determines the URLs for your Titan projects, such as Web, Survey, and more.
With Titan, you can create a custom domain.
When you change the subdomain, all the related URLs will also change and cannot be recovered.
Note:
Reach out to Titan Support for assistance to create a custom domain.
Single Sign On (SSO) is currently not supported for a custom domain.
Warning:
Make sure to change the account subdomain name when you first join Titan rather than later when you have active Titan projects, as this will affect all URLs, and you will have to republish them.
The custom domain can only be used for one project.
Note:
