When you send emails from Titan Sign, your email headers and footers should match your business branding. Consistent headers and footers help users recognize your company, maintain a professional tone, and reduce the need to update branding in each template.
You can use standard headers and footers across your templates, including approved images, text, or other brand content.
Titan Sign lets you configure email headers and footers for templates in one place. Unless you change them, the default Titan images are used.
You can also configure standard email content using the Titan Wizard and update email content for individual Sign projects when a project needs different messaging.
Do the following one-time setup:
Configure the header and/or footer that will be used in all the emails for all your Titan Sign projects.
Path:
Titan Dashboard > Settings > Document Generation > Titan Sign
Note:
If you want an empty header and footer with no information, just place a blank character (push the spacebar once) and click the Save button. The email will look as follows:


This header and footer will be displayed on all your Sign projects.
Note:
If you donβt configure a header and footer, the default Titan header and footer are used:
Configure the content (body) that will be used in all the emails for all your Titan Sign projects when you use the Titan Sign Wizard.

For dynamic Word documents, create a Titan Sign Word project.
