Titan Solution

Titan Sign Wizard lets you seamlessly add a variety of documents. Whether using a template or uploading a file, Titan Sign Wizard makes the signing and approval process faster and easier to track.

How to Guide

1. Select a Salesforce object, such as Opportunities.
2. Initiate the Titan Wizard.
3. Click the Sign option and click the Next button.

There are three methods you can use:

• Use a Template
• Use a File from Salesforce
• Upload a File from your PC

Use a Template

You can choose to use a configured template document with which users can interact.

1. Click the checkbox to select a template.

1. Click the Add button. Only Titan Sign projects linked to the object are displayed.

2. Alternatively, select more than one template and click the Add button.
   • The templates will be merged in the order that they appear on the screen.
   • You can drag the blocks to change the order.

3. Click the Next button. You will see the message, “Preparing your document, please wait.” The Signers screen will open.

Use a File from Salesforce

1. Click the Files option.

2. Add a search word or part of a word in the field. If results are found, a drop-down list will be shown.
3. Click an option to select it. The file is added.

4. Repeat the steps to add multiple files.

5. Click the Next button. You will see the message, “Preparing your document, please wait.” The Signers screen will open.

Upload a File from your PC

1. Click the Upload Files tab.
2. Drag a file to the block, or click in the block to upload a file.
3. Browse to the file on your computer and select it. The file is added.

4. Repeat the steps to add multiple files.

5. Click the Next button. You will see the message, “Preparing your document, please wait.” The Signers screen will open.
