Start Over and End Now Buttons

Manage your customers’ experience and give them more options when using your surveys.

Titan Survey lets you add a Start Over button to allow a survey taker to start the survey from the beginning.
You can include an End Now button that will let a survey taker stop and submit the survey at that point.

Note:

This functionality is available on Web and Hybrid Survey projects.

You can add either button or both. In this example, both buttons have been enabled.

Click the Gear icon to open the Project Settings.
Click the Survey option.
Click the Gear icon next to the Survey Navigation option. The Survey Navigation Settings screen opens.

Note:

The End Now and Start Over Again buttons are off by default.

The buttons are added to the slides.

Note:

On Web surveys, please note the following:

On the last slide, there will only be a Start Over button next to the Submit button.

On Hybrid surveys, please note the following:

On the first slide, there will only be an End Now button next to the Next button.
On the last slide, there will only be a Start Over button next to the Submit button.
