Distinct Options

Business Background

The Distinct Options option is available for several elements, such as button groups, drop-downs, radios, multi-selects, and checkboxes. Use the Distinct Options functionality to ensure that no duplicate options are available to the user.

How to Guide

1. Click the + icon to open the list of elements.
2. Select the Input option from the list.
3. Click-and-drag the Drop-down element to the canvas.
4. Click the Drop-down settings Gear icon. The Dropdown Settings screen opens.
   • In this example, we synced the dynamic values from Salesforce.
5. Select the Interactivity option from the list.

6. Click the Distinct Options checkbox. The account will automatically be filtered by name, and the user will not see any duplicates that come from Salesforce.
