How to Guide

  1. Under Document, click Settings.
  2. Click CLM Emails to expand the options.
  3. Click in the Collaborator mail checkbox. A Configure button is added.
  4. Click the Configure button. The Custom Message screen opens.

  1. Use this screen to create a custom message. You can drag-and-drop elements from the bottom of the screen to the subject and the message content.

  1. As an alternative, use the HTML toggle switch to create a new custom message.

  1. Click the Apply button.

  1. Click the Save button to save the project.
