How to Guide

When the collaborators have made changes, the document owner must accept or reject them. If the changes affect the page layout, the owner can verify the positions of the fields in a preview of the document.

1. Accept or reject the changes.
2. Save the document.

3. Click the Finish All option and click the Apply button.

4. Click the Next field button. The next field will be highlighted.

5. If necessary, drag the fields to the correct position.

6. Do this for all the fields.
7. Click the Confirm and Start Signing button. The signing process starts.
