Business Background

You can void a document if it is only valid for a restricted period of time or if it is no longer valid. You can send the signers and collaborators an email to notify them that a document will be voided and remind them to collaborate and/or sign before the document is voided.

Titan Solution

Use Titan CLM to add “auto void” as a parameter for your document. The document link that is emailed to signers and collaborators will no longer be valid after the specified number of days. You can remind the signers and collaborators that a document will be voided.

How to Guide

1. Under Document, click the Settings option to expand the list.
2. Click CLM Limit/Reminder to expand the options.
3. Click the Auto void checkbox. A Configure button is added.
4. Click the Configure button. The Auto Void screen opens.

5. Fill in the following:
   • Void in n number of days.
   • Notify sender in n number of days.
6. Click the Apply button.
7. Click the CLM Emails to expand the options.
8. Click the Void email checkbox. A Configure button is added.
9. Click the Configure button.

10. Use this screen to create a custom message. You can drag-and-drop elements from the bottom of the screen to the subject line and the message content.

11. As an alternative, use the HTML toggle switch to create a new custom message.

12. Click the Apply button.
13. Click the Sender Void reminder checkbox. A Configure button is added.
14. Click the Configure button.

15. Use this screen to create a custom message. You can drag-and-drop elements from the bottom of the screen to the subject line and the message content.
16. As an alternative, use the HTML toggle switch to create a new custom message.

17. Click the Save button to save the project.
