Configure Dynamic Signers

You may need to send a document to a number of different signers.

Titan Solution

Titan gives you the functionality to configure different types of signers. You can also add conditions that will let you send the document to a specific subset of signers that meet the specified criteria.

• Static documents are Word documents without any interactive fields and PDFs.
• Dynamic documents have been created with the Titan Word add-in and have interactive fields.

How to Guide

The following different types of signers are distinguished. Select the option you need:

• Single or multiple dynamic signers (static or dynamic documents)
  • Select a signer type:
    • Signer – this person must sign the document. A copy of the signed document will be sent at the end of the process.
    • Reviewer – this person will receive a copy of the document to review and approve and will receive a copy of the signed document.
    • CC – this person will receive a copy of the signed document.
    • SF Signer – this is an unknown signer.
• Private signers for PDF documents (static documents)
• Signer sections for a dynamic number of signers (dynamic documents)
