The Monday.com integration in Titan Flow allows you to send data from Salesforce, a web portal, or a Flow execution directly to Monday.com boards. This enables teams to create new items and item updates in Monday.com as part of an automated Flow process.
By connecting Monday.com to Titan Flow, organizations can keep operational workspaces in sync with Salesforce-driven processes without manual updates or external automation tools. All actions are executed within the Flow runtime.
Titan Solution
The Monday.com integration in Titan Flow provides a direct connection between Titan and Monday.com. It allows Flow projects to interact with Monday.com boards using data collected or processed earlier in the Flow.
Monday.com actions run as steps in the Flow sequence. These actions can be triggered by Salesforce records, web submissions, approvals, or other Flow logic, without relying on third-party middleware or custom scripts.
Current support includes:
Creating new items on Monday.com boards
Creating updates (comments) on existing Monday.com items
Updating existing Monday.com item fields is not currently supported.
In Monday.com terminology, an Update is a separate object used for comments and activity logs on an item. The Create Update action allows Titan Flow to add content to an item’s Updates section, but does not modify the item’s column values.

Before You Begin
Ensure you have:
A valid Monday.com account
Access permissions to the relevant boards in Monday.com
A Monday.com API token
Monday.com authentication configured in Titan
A Titan license that includes Titan Flow
A published Flow project with defined input variables
To generate a Monday.com API token:
In Monday.com, click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select Developers. A new tab opens.
From the left-hand menu, select API Token.
Copy the generated token and paste it into the Monday.com authentication setup in Titan.
Important:
If the API token is regenerated in Monday.com, the existing authentication in Titan will fail. The new token must be copied and reconfigured in Titan to restore the integration.
The Monday.com node can only execute successfully if authentication is valid and the Flow inputs match the expected board structure.
