Build portals, apps, and forms directly in Salesforce with Dynamic data flow and adaptability
How can we help you?
Building web forms usually means repeating the same manual steps for every project. Teams need to add fields, apply styling, configure layout and interactions, and then map each element to Salesforce objects and data flows. Across many projects, this slows down delivery, increases the likelihood of errors, and makes it more challenging to maintain consistent forms.
To address these challenges, Titan developed the Titan AI Studio, a chat-based capability that enables users to generate fully designed and functional forms using natural language. The feature is designed to accelerate form creation, improve design consistency, and reduce the need for manual configuration.
The Titan AI Studio in Web uses conversational input to automatically create and style complete forms. When a user enters a prompt, Titan AI analyzes the request, determines the required elements, and builds a structured form that aligns with Titan Webโs design standards. Labels, button text, and layout are generated automatically. The form automatically uses the projectโs theme unless the user specifies custom styling in their prompt.
The builder can also map form elements to Salesforce data, automatically generating the logic needed to update or create records. Users can further refine the design through chat prompts to modify copy, colors, or components, enabling a smooth and iterative workflow. This solution enables teams to transition from idea to production-ready form within minutes, while maintaining accuracy, without requiring manual setup or technical effort.
The Titan AI Studio is designed to help you create professional, fully styled web forms and portals in a fraction of the time. Use it whenever you want to:
Whether youโre starting from a blank canvas or updating an existing form, the Titan AI Studio makes the process faster, more intuitive, and consistent across your Titan Web projects.
Titan AI Studio can generate a range of standard Titan Web elements when building forms and pages. The table below outlines the elements currently supported, along with their available options and usage notes.
| Element Type | Included Options | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Input fields | Date range, date, time, date time, text area, text, phone, number, email, URL, checkbox, dropdown, multi select, radio | Covers all current configurable input field types. Dropdown, radio, multi-select, and checkbox elements support static value definition. AI can add user-specified values, generate contextual options when none are provided, and update existing values in follow-up prompts without overwriting them unless explicitly instructed. |
| Buttons | Primary and secondary buttons | Supports Salesforce actions configured by the user through prompts. |
| Typography | Captions, Paragraph, Subhead, Heading, Title | For instructions or labels |
| Forms | Form container for input elements | For supporting proper adaptive layouts |
| Strips | Section dividers | Helps create visual separation |
| Auto-fit containers | Responsive layout containers | Adjusts sizing based on content |
| Stepper | Multi-step navigation element | AI can insert a multi-step form, create and label steps, and add form content within each step. |
| Image | Image placeholder | AI can insert an image placeholder into forms and layouts. The placeholder defines image placement and can be populated later with a logo or other image content. |
| Button Group | Multi-step Interactivity (Go to Step) | AI can generate step-interactivity action nodes to navigate to a specific Stepper step. Supported action is Go to Step only. |
| SmartV | Salesforce object and identifier authentication | AI can enable and configure SmartV for portals and Salesforce-driven experiences. Supports setting the Salesforce object, identifiers such as record ID or email, enabling 2FA, selecting layouts, and styling the login page. The default configuration uses Contact with ContactID and email matching. Integrates with portal layouts, steppers, and navigation, and can be updated through follow-up prompts without breaking logic. |
| Drawer | Menu buttons with page-based navigation | Allows AI to generate drawer menu buttons that navigate between Stepper pages. Each button is automatically tagged and wired to the corresponding Stepper step using Step Interactivity (Go to Step) actions. Supports both user-defined and AI-inferred menu items with consistent styling applied. |
| Push Action | Salesforce | Only Salesforce push actions are currently supported. |
The Titan AI Studio interface includes an interactive chat panel where you can type prompts, send commands, and view instant updates to your form.
Before using Titan AI Studio, you must accept the AI consent notice.
Prompt Bar – The input area within the chat panel where you enter instructions to generate or update content
Send Button – Click the send button or press the Enter key to submit your prompt. The AI processes your request and applies updates to the canvas.
Copy Prompt Icon – Copies the full prompt text used to generate the current result, allowing you to reuse, refine, or share it.
Prompt Output Summary – After each successful AI prompt, a summary is displayed below the prompt, outlining the content that was generated or updated. This helps you understand the changes without inspecting the canvas directly.
Undo Last Prompt – Reverts the project to the state it was in before the most recent AI prompt was applied. Any manual edits made after that prompt are removed. A confirmation is shown before undoing if manual changes are detected. The undone prompt is returned to the chat input for editing or resubmission. After each revert, the next most recent AI prompt becomes available to undo, allowing you to step back through AI-generated changes one prompt at a time.
Feedback Icons – Available on AI responses to indicate whether the result was helpful or needs improvement.
Close Button (X) – Hides the chat panel or ends the current session.
AI Icon – Select the Titan AI Studio icon in the project menu to open or close the Titan AI Studio chat panel.
Type a natural language prompt in the Titan AI Studio chat. Include brief context about the formโs purpose or audience to help the AI generate a more accurate layout and content.
Create a simple customer onboarding form for Titan. Include a title and short caption explaining that the form collects information needed to get started. Add input fields for full name, work email, phone number, job title, company name, company size, Salesforce org type, intended use case, and a checkbox to consent to receiving communications via email. Include a primary submit button.
Titan AI generates the form in the Web Builder canvas for review and editing. To assess final layout, styling, and spacing, open Preview to see how the form will render for end users.
You can refine the generated form using follow-up prompts, such as:
Titan AI updates the form instantly, supporting a continuous conversational workflow.

| Instruction Principle | How to Write the Instruction | Expected Behavior |
| One change per instruction | Ask for a single, specific update | AI applies only the requested change without affecting other elements |
| Use supported element names | Refer to input fields, buttons, text elements, and layout structures or authentication features supported by the builder | AI creates or modifies valid elements without errors |
| Be explicit and directive | Use clear action verbs such as add, remove, rename, move, and require | AI executes the instruction exactly as written |
| Separate use case from layout | Describe layout changes without restating the formโs purpose | Layout updates do not affect form intent |
| Specify placement when needed | Indicate where the changes should occur | Elements appear in the expected position |
| Keeping styling instructions lightweight | Used named colors and simple theme descriptions | Styling updates apply consistently |
| Use SmartV only for access control | Reference SmartV only when gating access | Authentication is applied correctly |
| Assume an existing form | Phrase instructions as modifications, not rebuilds | AI updates the current form |
| Avoid abstract design language | Describe what to change, not how it should feel | Results are predictable and testable |
| Avoid bundling instructions | Do not combine structural, content, and styling changes | AI avoids partial or incorrect updates |
| Specify content language when required | State the required language directly in the prompt | AI generates content in the specified language |
| Instruction | Expected Behavior |
| โAdd a phone number field.โ | Inserts a new input field |
| โChange the accent color to green.โ | Updates accent styling across the form |

This section outlines expected AI behavior, usage considerations, and current limitations when working with Titan AI Studio.
The Titan AI Studio is available within Titan Web projects, enabling users to create fully structured, styled forms via natural language. It automatically generates layouts, fields, and labels, producing ready-to-use forms that can be refined further through conversation.
The Titan AI Studio utilizes Titanโs component framework to generate forms that adhere to the projectโs existing design settings by default. When styling is applied, the AI uses the projectโs theme colors to maintain visual consistency. Fonts, colors, and other visual styles are modified only when a prompt explicitly requests a change.
